Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Ingenious Concepts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Ingenious Concepts provides digital agency services including AI marketing, automation, web and mobile development, design, e-commerce, gaming and XR, cybersecurity and staff augmentation. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline for each engagement are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback and necessary access to systems and materials required for project delivery. Delays caused by client-side actions or inactions may impact delivery timelines and may be subject to additional fees.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, clients own all custom deliverables created specifically for their project. Ingenious Concepts retains rights to any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries or methodologies used in delivery. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require a deposit before work begins with the balance due upon completion or as specified in the project schedule. Late payments may incur interest charges.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ingenious Concepts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced at the agreed rate. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
