The Challenge
A Karachi-based retailer selling across their own website, Daraz and physical stores was struggling with the operational complexity of multi-channel retail. Orders were being managed manually across three systems, inventory was frequently out of sync leading to overselling, and their small team was spending 40+ hours per week on tasks that should have been automated.
Our Approach
We began by mapping every manual operational process and identifying automation opportunities. The highest priority was inventory synchronisation โ building a real-time sync engine that kept stock levels accurate across all channels, automatically pausing listings when stock fell below a threshold and resuming them when replenished.
We then automated order routing, pick-and-pack instructions, customer notifications, return processing and weekly reporting. Using n8n as the automation backbone, we connected their WooCommerce store, Daraz seller account, accounting software and warehouse management system into a unified operational flow.
The Results
Within three months of going live, the team had recovered 40 hours per week of manual work. Order accuracy improved from 94% to 99.8%. With the operational burden removed, the founders redirected their energy to product expansion and marketing โ and monthly revenue tripled within 12 months of the engagement.
